Scicluna Developments is the brand and development business of Scicluna Enterprises (Gozo) Limited, a family-run real estate investment company started in 1980 by Paul Scicluna, who still serves as the Managing Director.
From humble beginnings, and through hard work and determination, Paul built a successful, thriving and well-known local real estate investment and development business in Gozo, Malta.
Today, the Company is still family-run, with the second generation actively involved. It plays a key role in the local real estate market, with a diverse portfolio of high-profile residential developments and commercial properties leased to thriving businesses.
The Company also owns and manages Sunblessed Horizons, which offers premium life lease residences to retirees.
